Hello, I go by the name of Chorizote. My love of paella has a long history. Over 15 years ago i visited to the country of my ancestors which is spain. It was there that I had my first taste and I fell in love right away. So much that i began to use it as a pick up line when meeting new women. I used to say things like "The other day I had the bad paella" or "Can you tell me where they sell paella around here" That would always result in me asking them to show me where and them me gathering up the courage to ask them to join me.

After years of searching in the united states for good paella i finally ran into a coworker who was as pastionate about paella as i was. We decided to reach out to other paella loves and create this website to share ideas as well as place to find and eat paella.
